F45 Kingston x Erg Army

We take performance on the Concept 2 Ergs (Rower, Ski Erg and Bike Erg) seriously. So seriously that we’ve had Jane from Erg Army here in 2023, 2024 and twice in 2025 to run workshops for members and coaches.

We expect that we’ll have Jane back again in 2026 for another workshop, so keep a look out for upcoming dates!
