We have parking at the rear of the studio and there is free on-street parking nearby.
Outside of business hours you can park on the National Tyre forecourt in front of the building (Do not park there after 8am on Saturdays and 10am on Sundays)
On weekday mornings to avoid people being blocked in please park as follows:
5:30am class please park on the National Tyre forecourt, not at the rear of the studio, and do not block the archway entrance.
6:15am class please park at the rear of the studio through the archway.
7:00am class please park on the National Tyre forecourt and do not block the archway entrance.
If you are not leaving immediately after the class then please do not park so that you are blocking others in.
Please leave promptly after a class if you are parked at the rear of the studio so that you are not blocked in by the next class. We will not ask people to move cars once a class has started.
Please come at least 10 minutes before the class start time so that you can meet the trainers.
We provide sweat towels and have water, but please bring a bottle.
Please bring your own shower towel if you are planning on showering in the studio.
Please let us know of any injuries that prevent you from performing particular exercises.
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW FEES
A ‘no-show’ is when you do not attend a class that you are booked into.
If you ‘no-show’ for a class then you are liable for a £10 fee.
A ‘late cancel’ is when you cancel out of a booked class within the Late Cancel Window. The Late Cancel Window is:
9hrs for any class starting before 7am
1hr for all other classes
If you cannot attend a class that you are booked in for then please cancel out otherwise you will be liable for a £5 late cancel fee.

50% of all fees are donated to charity.
We generally get a lot of people (10+) dropping out of classes the night before, so if you are on a waitlist then you stand a good chance of getting into the class.
If you are added to a class from a waitlist then the No Show and Late Cancel rules explained above will apply.
A waitlist is like being in a queue for an available space in a class - if you don’t want the space in the class any more you must cancel yourself out of the waitlist as soon as possible to allow others the chance to get in

You must remove yourself from the waitlist via the F45 app or website. Calls, texts, WhatsApp, email or Facebook messages asking us to do it are not acceptable.
“I’m on the waitlist for the first class tomorrow - I’m going to bed now” - if you are on the waitlist then you should be prepared to get up in time for the class and check if you have been added. If you are not prepared to do that, remove yourself from the waitlist before you go to bed.
“I didn’t think I was going to get in from the waitlist so I made other plans and then I was added into the class after all" - please remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as you decide that you will not attend the class if you are added.
“I want to get into the 9:00 Hollywood, but I have a space at 07:50 so if I get into 9:00 I will cancel the 07:50 booking” - you are holding a spot in a class that someone else could use, so you are liable for a late cancel fee if you do cancel within the late cancel window
